We are excited to welcome Flo Evans to the downstairs studio for two back-to-back sessions of Pilates and Yoga. Her classes focus on simple, effective movement that leaves you feeling calmer, stronger, and more aligned.
These sessions are suitable for all levels and abilities, whether you’re completely new to yoga and pilates or already have experience. Flo offers options and modifications throughout the class so everyone can move in a way that feels comfortable for their body.
