Soul Kind Yoga - Somatic Flow & Nidra Session

Treat yourself to a wonderful Somatic Flow & Nidra

Session, a perfect opportunity to relax and reconnect with your self, breath, and body.

You are warmly invited to a nourishing Soul Kind Yoga session followed by a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra meditation, guided by the energy of the first Full Moon of 2026 and the wisdom of the winter season.

This practice weaves together yin and yang style asanas, somatic movement, and conscious breathwork to energise the body while supporting balance within the nervous system. You'll be guided through intuitive flows, free exploration, and delicious moments of stillness, all encouraging deeper embodiment and connection to the breath and mind.

As the practice softens and settles, we'll transition into a guided Yoga Nidra, accompanied by the soothing vibrations of sound bowls. This closing meditation offers space for reflection, release, and deep relaxation.

This session is offered at the special introductory price of £15.

Book online with Anna via Eventbrite online here.

Exhibition Mark Beard

Exhibition Mark Beard

A 3-day timed open auction

The exhibition will feature around 20 original pieces, each one rich with meaning and visual intrigue. Mark’s work has appeared in four shops along Cheap Street in Sherborne, and three of his paintings were featured in The Sherborne Open in 2023. One of his artworks was also used as the basis for a student-led discussion and talk at Salisbury University, showing how his creations continue to spark conversation and curiosity.

Beyond the canvas, the exhibition carries a deeply personal cause. In memory of a close friend who tragically took his own life during the COVID pandemic, 20% of profits after expenses will be donated to the mental health charity Mind.

From being discouraged in the classroom to preparing his debut exhibition, Mark Beard’s journey is a testament to resilience, rediscovery, and the enduring power of creativity.
